HEALTH INSURANCE
Paramount Insurance Company has partnered with Northwest Ohio Business Alliance, for which the Toledo Bar Association is a member, to create a self-funded Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) for firms with 50 or less employees, including solo practitioners. ETHICS HOTLINE
As a service to the profession and community, the TBA has Bar Counsel on staff, willing and waiting for your call with any ethics questions. 

FEE ARBITRATION COMMITTEE
Provides fee arbitration services when the client agrees to binding arbitration, unless suit has already been filed by the attorney.

GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
Certified by Supreme Court to receive, investigate, and prosecute claims of unethical conduct by attorneys.

OHIO NOTARY CERTIFICATION

PRO BONO LEGAL SERVICES
The Pro Bono Program connects volunteer attorneys with low-income individuals with a variety of legal issues. In addition, the Pro Bono Program offers brief advice clinics and several pro se clinics for clients, including the Juvenile Court Clinic; the Divorce Clinic; and the Brief Advice Clinics. To get  involved, Michelle Tussing, Director of Pro Bono Legal Services at mtussing@toledobar.org or 419-418-5305.
