Judicial Candidates on the Ballot November 5, 2024
During elections for our local courts, the Toledo Bar Association distributes a survey to its members asking them to rate candidates as "highly recommended," "recommended," or "not recommended" to serve as judges.
Candidates are asked to complete a questionnaire which are published on our site and available to the public. Judicial candidates are rated based on integrity, legal ability, legal experience, fair-mindedness, promptness, professionalism, and judicial temperament, public and community services, and other qualifications bearing upon their fitness for the office.
Members are instructed to vote only if they had sufficient information concerning the candidates to form an opinion of their qualifications. Voting will commence closer to the election and results will be displayed here.
